Push Notifications Workgroup

The Push Notifications Workgroup was tasked with creating a subscription-based push notification system to alert interested parties of a variety of actions of specific patient(s). This standalone Use Case leverages Query or FHIR for follow-up, but does not require either. Supported notification types have expanded from the basic ADT focused alerts to convey additional clinical information.
