Carequality is continuing our commitment to listening, evolving, and leading the way forward in interoperability. A new online Carequality Community website has launched for Implementers and the governing bodies. The collaboration platform is a shared space for community members to connect and share information with each other and serves as a new centralized resource for documents and official communications.
The launch of this platform is the final step in implementing the Restricted Participation List policy (2026) and the TEFCA-aligning Delegation of Authority policy (2025). This site also supports community needs identified in the Voice of the Customer program, which is an initiative that provides a structured way for our Implementers to share direct feedback on their experience working within the Carequality Framework.
Community members can access a directory to find the contact information of colleagues at other Implementers, discuss community issues on forums, and access critical resources such as the Restricted Participant List and Principal-Delegate documentation.
The Steering Committee and Advisory Council, and workgroups, like the Trust Enhancing Workgroup, may leverage this new platform to coordinate meeting materials and continue dialoguing between meetings.
The Carequality Community is available now to all Implementers, Steering Committee members, Advisory Council members, and Board members. Future phases may extend participation to additional community members, such as Candidate Implementers.
Implementers are encouraged to contact their account manager to request a Carequality Community login, if they have not received one already. Not sure if you are an Implementer? Check here.
